LeadMachine CRM — Standard Operating Procedures
1. Generating Leads
Go to Generate Leads in the sidebar. Select an industry, enter your target city (format: "Houston TX"), set the quantity, and click Generate Leads. Results auto-save to Supabase.
- Select industry from the chip buttons
- Enter city in "City ST" format (e.g. "Phoenix AZ")
- Choose lead quantity (25, 100, 250, or custom)
- Set advanced filters (min reviews, rating, etc.)
- Click Generate Leads — wait 1-2 minutes
2. Analyzing Leads
Go to Lead Results. Filter by opportunity type: No Website, Bad Reviews, No Social Presence. Leads with higher opportunity scores are shown first.
- 🌐 No Website — pitch web development
- ⭐ Bad Reviews — pitch reputation management
- 📱 No Social Presence — pitch social media/lead gen
3. Using Call Mode
Go to Call Mode. The script auto-selects based on the lead's diagnosis. Call the number shown, fill in notes, and log the outcome. The lead status updates automatically in real-time across all pages.
4. Tracking Conversions
The Dashboard Revenue Calculator shows estimated revenue potential based on your lead count, conversion rate, and average client value. Defaults: 1% conversion, $1,200/client.
5. Exporting Leads
Click the Export button in the top bar on any page to download leads as CSV.
